The meeting will open with a welcome to the meeting and outline of Health and Safety requirements. A Public Session will be held to suit the needs of residents (Maximum of 15 minutes with 2 minutes per speaker).

a) To consider and resolve the adoption of the updated Complaints Procedure

5. Adoption of Vexatious Correspondence Policy
a) To consider and resolve the adoption of the Vexatious Correspondence Policy

6. To Receive Correspondence
To consider correspondence received from members of the public regarding Council administration and governance, and to resolve on the Council’s response.

7. To Receive Financial Update
To receive and approve bank reconciliations and finance update.

8. To Receive Planning Updates
To consider planning policies, applications and appeals received and resolve to submit comments where appropriate.

9. Update on plans for footpaths connections to other villages

10. To Receive Traffic Group Update
a) To consider and resolve to formally request to borrow a speed gun

11. Update on Parish Neighbourhood Plan

12. Update on Parish Council Domain, Website and Email Provision
Motion to adopt a GOV.UK domain (Website and email) and appoint service provider

13. Community Matters
a) Motion to resolve to formally support the War Memorial Renovation.
b) Motion to donate the High Melton village records to Doncaster Archives
c) Defib – update and resolve to proceed and apply for a grant
d) Update on St James Church

14. Motion to consider formal thanks to Cadeby for hosting Parish Meetings
